Dylan Bernd is an award-winning Executive Creative Director at RP3 driving all creative duties while tasked to build a nationally recognized agency through work and culture. Before RP3, he was at Arnold Worldwide as an Executive Creative Director overseeing 20+ creatives and over 24 million in revenue for Barclay Card, New Balance, Carnival Cruise Lines, Kaplan University and Century Link. During this time, he creatively led and won three new business pitches for Barclay Card, Northrup Gumman and HotShot leading to 10+ million in new revenue. 

Before joining Arnold, Dylan was a GCD at MullenLowe running JetBlue, US Cellular and TruTV. Prior to his move north to Boston he spent nearly 10 years working with some very talented minds at McCann, Saatchi & Saatchi, BBH and Mother. There he created work on brands for Target, MasterCard, AXE, Miller Lite, Johnnie Walker, Google, LG and Virgin Mobile to name a few. In between stints at BBH and Saatchi, he freelanced across the USA on assignments for CP&G on American Express helping co-write Small Business Saturday's and David & Goliath, where he was part of the team that created “One Epic Ride” Super Bowl spot for Kia in 2012. Dylan started his career in the great Northwest at Cole & Weber, Seattle. His work has been honored by Cannes, One show, Art Director’s Club, CA, CA Interactive, Andy, Clios, Hatch show, Graphis and Effies. 

When he's not making ads, he's spending time with his wife, Jema and their three boys, Braeden, Brody and Hunter.
